Hopper Communities is a residential homebuilder and developer specializing in custom-designed single-family homes. They needed marketing-ready imagery for a new private home before the build began — a set of exterior renders compelling enough to generate buyer interest and convey the full character of the home across different times of day.
The home's architecture blends modern farmhouse and transitional Tudor influences: painted herringbone brick, steep gabled rooflines, a dark board-and-batten gable peak, arched entry, and oversized steel-framed windows. Capturing these details convincingly across varied lighting conditions was central to the brief.
PIXREADY developed four distinct exterior scenarios — late-afternoon summer sun with lush landscaping, a warm autumn golden hour from a tree-lined street perspective, a twilight close-up revealing the home's illuminated interior life, and a moonlit night scene from a low, grounded angle that emphasizes scale and atmosphere.
Each scene was built to complement the others as a set: the same home, the same architecture — but four moods that together tell a complete story of what it feels like to live there. Landscaping, lighting warmth, foliage color, and camera angle were all calibrated to reinforce the emotional register of each scene.
The final suite delivered a marketing asset Hopper Communities could put directly into use — across their website, printed collateral, and sales presentations — without waiting for construction to complete. The renders translated the architectural vision faithfully, giving prospective buyers a clear, emotionally resonant picture of the finished home.
