Amerisleep builds mattresses with genuine engineering depth — zoned coil systems, multi-layer foam stacks, targeted pressure mapping. The challenge is communicating all of that at the moment a shopper is scrolling a product page.
Traditional photography can capture surface appeal, but it cannot cut a mattress in half, separate its layers, or overlay a thermal pressure map without expensive post-production. When product lines are updated, the production cycle restarts from scratch.
Amerisleep needed a visual content system capable of three things working together: a clean product hero to anchor e-commerce listings, a technical explainer that made internal construction legible without a single word of copy, and aspirational lifestyle scenes that placed the mattress in a real bedroom.
Rather than treating each render as a standalone asset, PIXREADY structured the project around three visual formats that reinforce each other — from the first impression through to the technical decision point.
Format 01 — Hero product stills
Clean studio renders on white and dark backgrounds, built for e-commerce listings, paid advertising, and print. Consistent lighting across both product lines so the catalog reads as a family.

Format 02 — Exploded-layer diagrams
Cutaway cross-sections and floating-layer compositions that expose coil zones, foam stacks, and cooling layers. Annotated callouts identify Motion Isolation, Shoulder Zone, Lumbar Zone, and Edge Reinforcement without relying on customer imagination.

Format 03 — Lifestyle scenes
Fully dressed bedroom environments — warm ambient lighting, city-view windows, contemporary furniture — designed to anchor the product in an aspirational but attainable context. No real set, no model booking required.

PIXREADY modeled every material layer from engineering specifications — fabric weave, gel foam, transition foam, individually-wrapped coil units — then built two visual interpretations: a floating exploded view for brand storytelling, and a sharp horizontal cross-section for technical comparison pages.
The result shows a construction depth that no studio photograph could replicate without physically destroying the product.
PIXREADY also developed a heat-map overlay render: a silhouette pressure model projected onto the mattress surface, with annotated zone boundaries, communicating the ergonomic engineering in under three seconds of viewing time.
The lifestyle render was built around a key detail: the mattress should be the centerpiece without the room feeling like a showroom. A floating platform bed, warm under-frame LED strip, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a dusk cityscape beyond achieved that balance.
Because the scene is fully CGI, the same environment can later be re-lit for morning, recolored for seasonal campaigns, or repopulated with a different product in the same family — no rebooking required.
Amerisleep received a reusable content foundation, not a one-time shoot, that fueled the marketing pipeline:
✓ E-commerce hero imagery, three product lines — Studio-quality white-background renders delivered for the Core, Core Hybrid, and Prime, ready for Amerisleep’s website and marketplace listings.
✓ Technical construction diagrams — Cross-section and exploded-layer renders that make internal engineering legible for product pages, comparison guides, and retail partner materials.
✓ Pressure-mapping visualization — Heat-map zone renders communicating the mattress’s ergonomic zoning in a single image, no technical copy required.
✓ Aspirational lifestyle environment — A fully CGI bedroom scene that places the product in context, re-lightable and re-configurable for future campaigns without additional production cost.
✓ Zero dependency on physical production — No set build, no photography crew, no logistics. Every scene was produced directly from 3D models and updated digitally as specifications evolved.
✓ Scalable asset library for new variants — The 3D models and scene setups serve as a master library. Adding new sizes, firmness options, or colorways requires updating the model, not re-running a shoot.
