Kimmel Studio Architects partnered with PIXREADY to create a series of premium interior visualizations for Rockhold Residence, a contemporary waterfront home set within the Chesapeake Bay landscape. Building on a successful long-term collaboration, the goal was to produce highly realistic imagery that would communicate the project's architectural character, refined interiors, and close relationship with the surrounding natural environment.
Working within a compressed production schedule, our team transformed the provided SketchUp model, interior design brief, and reference materials into a collection of cinematic visualizations. Every image was carefully crafted to emphasize the interplay of exposed concrete, steel framing, expansive glazing, warm timber finishes, and panoramic waterfront views. Particular attention was given to natural lighting, material authenticity, and the seamless transition between indoor and outdoor spaces, creating visuals that feel both monumental and inviting.
To maintain exceptional quality under tight deadlines, production was coordinated among multiple CGI artists, guided by a senior visualization mentor familiar with the client's design language. Combined with rigorous project management and AI-assisted material refinement, this collaborative workflow ensured visual consistency across every scene while allowing rapid implementation of client feedback.
The final deliverables included eight photorealistic interior renderings and a flythrough animation that successfully presented Rockhold Residence as more than a residential project—it became an immersive architectural experience where Brutalist forms, contemporary living, and the Chesapeake Bay landscape exist in perfect harmony. The visualizations enabled Kimmel Studio Architects to communicate the design with clarity, atmosphere, and emotional impact long before construction began.
